Yes - points can be earned and redeemed on all Toastie products, except for Pre-Loved
purchases.

If you return an item, your points earned on that purchase will be adjusted to reflect the refund. If you used a voucher to make your purchase and then return it, your voucher will not be automatically reinstated - simply email hello@toastiekids.com to request your points balance be updated.
