A COLOUR STORY | CHLOE UBERKID
“If you keep colouring within the boxes and writing on the lines, you may never be able to do something remarkable. Break your spirit free to explore.”
BERNARD KELVIN CLIVE
Who better to massively inspire our lives with colour than the incredible Chloe Uberkid and her beautiful children.
Her use of colour brings us a whole new realm of happiness and a whole new sense of freedom - and her images featuring the Töastie Cloud Puffer brings us an enormous ray of sunshine on an otherwise horizontal rain kinda week!
Colour is what you make of it, but we vote the brighter and bolder the better.
Ochre. The colour of sunshine bouncing off autumn leaves, reflecting shades of free-spirited, unbridled happiness.
Black Cherry. The colour of wild picking through the hedgerows, of tiny hands wrapped around big mugs of hot chocolate. The colour of calm confidence.
Copper. The visual warmth of chestnuts roasting on an open fire (preferably to the dulcet tones of Nat King Cole).
"Rainbows will forever be wild."
ANTHONY T. HINCKS
Let's face it, children tend not to like putting their coats on at the best of times. Often thick and rubbery, coats sometimes make for an unappealing proposition. That is why we have worked really hard to craft our Töastie coats to feel as soft as clouds and to offer them in a whole array of fun and appealing colours for children. Our hope is that a Töastie coat encourages a child to get excited about putting it on and jumping outside. Our little Piko piggy patch always helps cheer up a glum day too.
"I prefer living in colour."
Couldn't agree more!
